Don’t Eat Sunflower Seeds

It all started as a teenager. I would eat a pound of the jumbo sunflower seeds every day. I was so good at removing the shell with my tongue, spitting the shell out and repeating until the bag was empty. Sometimes I would eat multiple seeds…
